Employee Wellness

An integral part of Northwestern Memorial’s employee benefits program, ChoiceBenefits, our HealthyChoices Wellness Program is available to you as well. This program consists of a confidential Web site, wellness programs and offerings, a confidential disease management program, articles and much more. Just by participating, you receive HealthyChoices points that will accumulate over time and convert to items that can be purchased.

We also offer a wide variety of at-work programs for your participation. Many are free. Programs with a cost such as Weight Watchers do offer incentives to support successful completion.
